The Cheque Printing subsystem facilitates circulation of documents within the company.
Cheque Printing Subsystem
Most of the cases considered by the company require paying some money to third parties. So the solicitor conducting the case often needs to draw cheques on behalf of a company. These cheques may need authorisation from the supervisor. Authorised cheque requests goes to the print operator to be printed on standard cheque sheet. Thus the company needs a solution allowing automation of this process.
The Cheque Printing subsystem allows solicitors or case handlers to prepare cheque requests and send them for supervisor consideration and authorisation.
The system includes the unique customisable risk assessment module, user subscription module and e-payments management.
The Cheque Printing provides three different user roles each having its own functions: ordinary user, supervisor, and print operator.
Ordinary users post their cheque requests to the system. The system provides consistent view of all cheques passed through it and keeps history of all actions taken.
Supervisor can authorise the requested cheques. Accepted cheques
are being printed, exactly matching the fields of a real chequebook.
Others may be rejected or deferred for future consideration. Supervisor
manages user accounts. He can also impose cheque amount limit for
different users, and even allow their cheques to go straight to
printer without authorisation.
